For weddings and upscale private gatherings, R&R Sanitation primarily recommends Luxury Restroom Trailers. These trailers provide an elevated experience featuring flushing porcelain toilets, running water sinks, vanity mirrors, climate control (heating and AC), and elegant interior lighting to match the aesthetic of your event.
The required capacity depends on your guest count, event duration, and whether alcohol is being served. Generally, a 2-stall or 3-stall luxury trailer can comfortably accommodate events up to 150–250 guests for a typical 4- to 6-hour reception, while larger gatherings with 300+ guests may require multi-stall units (up to 10 stalls) or additional standalone ADA-compliant restrooms.
Restroom trailers require a flat, accessible location for placement, along with access to power (1–5 standard 110V electrical outlets on 20-amp circuits) and a water source via a standard garden hose hookup. If your private event or outdoor venue is off-grid without utility hookups, R&R Sanitation can supply fresh water management tanks and power setup options.
