Lift Units

Built to Climb

Lift units are compact portable toilets designed to be hoisted to upper floors of buildings under construction. Keep your workers on the floor they’re working on and off the elevator—reducing downtime and keeping your project on schedule.

When Vertical Construction Needs Vertical Sanitation

01

Multi-story construction

office buildings, residential towers, hotels, hospitals

02

High-rise renovation

Interior work on occupied or partially occupied buildings

03

Vertical infrastructure projects

Elevator shafts, stairwells, mechanical penthouses

04

Remote upper floors

Locations where workers can’t easily access ground-level facilities

From Ground to Upper Floors

We deliver high rise units to your job site. Your crane or boom truck operator hoists the unit to the working floor. We coordinate placement and service throughout your project.

 Built for the Upper Floors

01

Crane and boom truck compatible – designed with lifting points for safe hoisting to upper levels

02

Compact footprint – 33.5″W x 54″D fits through doorways, elevators, and tight construction floor spaces

03

Self-contained waste system – 38-gallon capacity for upper floor use without sewer hookup

04

Lightweight construction – 257-307 lbs (lighter than standard units for easier hoisting)

05

Reduces worker downtime – workers stay on their floor instead of traveling to ground level

06

OSHA compliant – meets sanitation requirements for multi-story construction projects

Worker Downtime Adds Up Fast

The math: If a worker on the 15th floor takes 10 minutes round-trip to use a ground-level restroom, and each worker makes 3 trips per day, that’s 30 minutes of lost productivity per worker. For a crew of 20, that’s 10 hours of lost labor per day.

High rise units eliminate that travel time. Workers stay on their floor, projects stay on schedule, and you’re not paying crews to ride elevators.

Lift Units

What are lift units?

Lift units are compact portable toilets specifically designed to be hoisted to the upper floors of buildings that are under construction.

Lift units keep your workers on the floor they are actively working on, eliminating the need for them to take the elevator down to use the restroom. This significantly reduces downtime and helps keep your project on schedule.

Lift units are ideal for vertical construction needs, specifically: Multi-story construction: Such as office buildings, residential towers, hotels, and hospitals. High-rise renovation: Including interior work on occupied or partially occupied buildings.
